The biggest upset of the week belonged to Queen of Peace, who took down 185th ranked Becton, 49-37.
The Golden Griffins scaled the state rankings by moving to 195 from 252 this week, the biggest jump in North Jersey - Meadowlands. Queen of Peace climbed the ranks as a result of topping the Wildcats 49-37.
Hasbrouck Heights's dynamic duo of Darren Iurato and Sage Scalvino proved tough for North Arlington to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Iurato threw for 68 yards and Scalvino had 53 yards receiving.
Taj Huggins was a passing and rushing force as Palisades Park/Leonia beat Weehawken.
The Tigers' Adeyemi Da Silva and Malik St. Hilaire have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Da Silva has thrown for 285 yards this season, while St. Hilaire, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 7 catches for 160 yards. The Vikings' Nicholas Martin leads the league in rushing yards with 354.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Becton takes on the Aviators. Chuck Kalender's team is currently in fifth, while Hasbrouck Heights is in second.
Palisades Park/Leonia took down the Indians 55-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Huggins ran for 172 yards during the win.
