Oasis Academy has gone  a perfect 3-0 against Silver Stage recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Friday. Oasis Academy will be playing at home against Silver Stage  at 4:00  p.m. Oasis Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.6  runs per game  this season.
Last Saturday, Oasis Academy made easy work of Battle Mountain  and carried off  a  10-3 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Bighorns.
 Kirsten Detomasi made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  pitched seven innings while giving up  three earned runs off   ten  hits. She has been consistent  recently: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-4. That's the most  runs  she has posted since back in April of 2024.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Phynex Hunt, who  scored three  runs while going 3-for-3. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in March of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Emma Lewis, who  went 3-for-5 with one  RBI.
 Oasis Academy  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they post 11 or more  hits.
Meanwhile, Silver Stage was not able to break out of their rough patch  last Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight  loss  dating back to last season. They lost  19-2 to Incline. Having soared to a lofty 22  runs in the game before, the Nighthawks couldn't push the score so high this time.
  Vivian Booth was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 2-for-2.  Faith Chavez was another key player,  getting on base  in both of her plate appearances with two  stolen bases.
 Oasis Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Silver Stage, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
Friday's   matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Oasis Academy hasn't had any issues making contact this season,  having earned a batting average of .432. However, it's not like Silver Stage struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .339. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Everything went Oasis Academy's way against Silver Stage in their previous meeting  back in May of 2024, as Oasis Academy made off with  a  14-3 victory. Will Oasis Academy repeat their success,  or does  Silver Stage has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
