Pahrump Valley got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Paris Coleman out in front who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Avery Moore, who scored ten points along with two steals.
Meanwhile, after a string of eight wins, Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas' good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 51-43 to Boulder City.
Pahrump Valley's victory bumped their record up to 20-1. As for Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-8.
Pahrump Valley came out on top in a nail-biter against Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas in their previous meeting on January 8th, sneaking past 36-34. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pahrump Valley since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
