The Rangers took  a  3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vandegrift Vipers on Friday. The Rangers haven't had much luck with the Vipers recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.
 The  defeat didn't mean the game wasn't competitive:  Vandegrift scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-23, 20-25,  25-20.
 Jennavee Jensen paced Vista Ridge's offense, picking up 15 kills. Jensen got some help from  Ella Fazio and her 22 assists.  Lilly Thorman controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Vista Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 25-20. As for Vandegrift, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 23-20 record  this season.
As of now, neither Vista Ridge nor Vandegrift have any future games scheduled.
