Jed Galvin Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Jed Galvin produced his most outstanding game to date while leading North Posey to the win on Friday. Galvin rushed for 237 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 80 yards and a touchdown. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.1 rushing touchdowns per game. His longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.
Galvin must have Forest Park's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Galvin saw the Rangers), he rushed for 167 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.8 yards per carry, and also threw for 15 yards and a touchdown.

The victory made it two in a row for Southridge and bumps their season record up to 5-2. They and North Posey are set to duel on Friday.

Big Game from Boyd As Pike Central Won 22-0
Pike Central's four-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Grant Boyd. Nobody could stop Boyd on Friday as he rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 44 receiving yards.
On the season, Boyd has averaged 19.1 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had three rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to ten.
