Dutch Fork waltzed into their game on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They put the hurt on the Irmo Yellow Jackets with a sharp 12-2 victory. The Silver Foxes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Boykin Bickley, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Raleigh Salters, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Dutch Fork always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Irmo only posted an OBP of .273.

Dutch Fork's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-5. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Irmo, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-9.

Dutch Fork will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Yellow Jackets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
