They had to suffer through a rough 53-0 loss at the hands of the Knights. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Abbeville Christian Academy in their matchups with Macon-East Montgomery Academy: they've now lost three in a row.
Leading Macon-East Montgomery Academy to victory were Sam Wallace and Thaddeus McKinney. Wallace rushed for 157 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries, while McKinney gained 264 total yards and four touchdowns. Wallace's longest rush was for an incredible 85 yards.
Abbeville Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Macon-East Montgomery Academy, their victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 0-8.
