El Capitan came tearing into Thursday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.3 points), and they left with even more momentum. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 21-19 win over the West Hills Wolf Pack. This was a revenge game for the Vaqueros: when they faced off against the Wolf Pack on October 2nd, they had to take a 26-24 defeat.
El Capitan got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kylee Frazier out in front who threw for 242 yards and one TD, and also rushed for 36 yards. Addison Higuera was in the mix as well, providing the Vaqueros with two touchdowns.
