Even though the Letchworth Indians have not done well against the Caledonia-Mumford Raiders recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Letchworth came out on top against Caledonia-Mumford by a score of 47-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Letchworth.
Despite the loss, Caledonia-Mumford still got an impressive performance from Braeden Fonte, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Fonte has scored all season.
Letchworth's win ended a 12-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4. As for Caledonia-Mumford, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
