North Penn has gone 9-1 against Pennridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (North Penn has four straight wins, Pennridge has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
North Penn gave up the first runs on Thursday, but they didn't let that get them down. They put the hurt on Central Bucks South with a sharp 13-3 victory. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Felicia Connolly made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.
In other batting news, North Penn got a massive performance out of Alana Battavio, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Another player making a difference was Alana Drummond, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI and one double.
North Penn hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Pennridge fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Central Bucks East on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Rams have suffered since April 8, 2025.
Taylor Toutkoushian was cooking despite her team's loss, going 3-for-5 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
North Penn's win bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Pennridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-14.
Pennridge's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Tuesday. North Penn has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 10.8 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Pennridge, though, as they've been averaging only 3.8 strikeouts. Will North Penn keep running through batters, or will the Rams buck the trend?
North Penn got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in April against Pennridge by a conclusive 13-1 score. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
