Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Karen Aguilar stepped things up a notch to give Hialeah the 'W'. Aguilar scored a run while going 2-for-5. The effort also marked the most hits (two) she has had since back in March of 2024.

Aguilar and Hialeah will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as Hialeah takes on American at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Thoroughbreds had to take a loss when they last met the Patriots, but Aguilar had little to do with the loss: she went 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
