After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lincoln-Way East, Andrew was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Lemont Lemont HS by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Andrew also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Tessa Martino and Ella Karnezis scored all three of Andrew's goals, bringing their combined season tally to four goals.

Andrew is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5-2 record this season. As for Lemont, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 15-6 record.

Looking ahead, Andrew will head out to take on Bradley-Bourbonnais at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Andrew will be up against Bradley-Bourbonnais' rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.41 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Lemont does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
