Rosman can attribute much of their success to Makynna McDonald, who posted six points in addition to ten boards and three steals. Avery County's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Rosman, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
Rosman was able to grind out a solid win over Avery County in their previous meeting back in February, winning 57-45. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rosman since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
