The Poland Seminary Bulldogs will challenge the Struthers Wildcats at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their  contests after big wins in their previous games.
Poland Seminary took a loss when they played away from home  last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They blew past Lakeview 42-0. The result was nothing new for Poland Seminary, who have now won seven games by 22  points or more  so far this season.
Poland Seminary found their leader in sophomore  Ashton Sattarelle, who rushed for 85 yards and one  TD on only five carries, and also caught one  touchdown. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 53 yards.  Cameron Hackstedde also deserves a mention for his  punt return touchdown.
 Special teams was a major factor in the game for Poland Seminary, racking up 18 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of  Hackstedde, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.
 Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Struthers). They breezed past McKinley to the tune of  44-0 on Friday. The Wildcats haven't had any issues with the Red Dragons recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  victory against them.
 Struthers' win bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Poland Seminary, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
 Poland Seminary beat Struthers 14-7  in their previous meeting  back in October of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was the Wildcats'  Devin Braham, who rushed for 212 yards while picking up 7.9 yards per carry.
