It was a good run, but Sachse unfortunately witnessed the end of their nine-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 52-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Brentwood School Eagles.

Brentwood School got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lev Feiman out in front who posted ten points and five assists. Feiman has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played. Jessica Liu was another key player, going 5 of 6 on her way to 15 points.

Sachse's loss ended a 14-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-5. As for Brentwood School, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season.

Sachse will be playing in front of their home fans against Rowlett at 1:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Brentwood School, they will challenge Los Osos at 4:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Brentwood School is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.8 points per game this season.
