The Lebanon Yellowjackets put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against Branson by a score of 42-35. 42 seems to be a good number for Lebanon as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Lebanon got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Gavin Smith out in front who rushed for 126 yards and three touchdowns. The team also got some help courtesy of Jax Glendenning, who rushed for 133 yards and two touchdowns.
Lebanon's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Branson, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Lebanon is on the road again on Friday and play against Republic. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Missouri (Republic is ranked 18th, while Lebanon is ranked 16th). Branson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
