Craig Yost Delivers Best Effort of Season
Craig Yost produced his most outstanding game to date while leading North Gem to the win on Friday. Yost rushed for 249 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 13.1 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere: he has now rushed for 108 or more in the last eight games he's played dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for Watersprings, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Yost. Back in September (the last time Yost saw the ), he rushed for 188 yards and three touchdowns on only 15 carries.

Rusty Hatch Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
On Friday, North Gem got the W thanks in part to Rusty Hatch playing the best football he has all season. Hatch rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns on only 14 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.
Hatch must have Watersprings's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Hatch last faced the back in September, he rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 33 yards and a touchdown.
