The match was Cassidy's tenth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Richard Rodriguez, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Sequoia Pathfinder Verrado Way's win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 23.93 points. As for Imagine Prep, their loss ended a 16-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 9-1.
