Chippewa Valley won the last time they faced Dakota and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Chippewa Valley Big Reds enjoyed a cozy 56-37 victory over the Dakota Cougars. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Big Reds.

Chippewa Valley's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Dakota, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chippewa Valley will take on Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Lincoln has won three straight at home, while Chippewa Valley won five straight on the road dating back to last season), something that'll have to change. As for Dakota, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Dakota Cougars challenge the Roseville Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
