A Season-Best Effort from Jaylen Moore Leads High Point Christian Academy over Covenant Day
On Friday, High Point Christian Academy got the W thanks in part to Jaylen Moore playing the best football he has all season. Moore's rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 100 rushing yards. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 70-yard run.
The win for High Point Christian Academy keeps them at an undefeated 9-0. Moore and High Point Christian Academy will play host again on Friday to welcome Harrells Christian Academy, where kickoff is scheduled at 7:00 p.m.

Jacob Hondros produced his most outstanding game to date while leading SouthLake Christian Academy to the win on Friday. Hondros made six total tackles and defended nine passes. The performance also marked the most rushing yards (17) he has had since back in August of 2023.
SouthLake Christian Academy moved to 4-5 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. Hondros and SouthLake Christian Academy will challenge Trinity Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
