Red River got themselves on the board against Plain Dealing on Thursday, but Plain Dealing never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Lions. Considering the Bulldogs have won seven contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Red River has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. Plain Dealing is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red River will welcome Many at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Plain Dealing, they will host Green Oaks at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
