The Bangor Slaters will be playing in front of their home fans against the Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bangor is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame-Green Pond never let their opponents score on Thursday. They blew past Moravian Academy 15-0. The game marked the Crusaders' most dominant win of the season so far.
Liam Gilligan looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Connor Albert, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2. He also put up two RBI, which were his first of the season. Paul Smith was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
Notre Dame-Green Pond always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .654. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
The victory made it two in a row for Notre Dame-Green Pond and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Bangor, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.
