Precious Howard made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs. That's the most runs she has posted since back in February.
In other batting news, Kiera Jackson was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three doubles, and four RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high.
