There's no place like home for Glencoe, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Westbrook Christian Warriors on Friday as the Glencoe Yellowjackets made off with a 59-34 win. The Yellowjackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Glencoe's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kinlee Montgomery, who went 8 of 17 en route to 17 points and three steals. Montgomery has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last five times she's played. Chloe Douglas was another key player, putting up 14 points and five boards.

Glencoe's record now sits at 16-7. As for Westbrook Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-11.

Glencoe is taking a road trip to face off against Ashville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westbrook Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 45-24 win against Gaston on the 27th.
