Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Northwest Halifax). They put the hurt on the Southeast Halifax Trojans with a sharp 19-11 victory on Thursday. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The victory got Northwest Halifax back to even at 3-3. As for Southeast Halifax, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northwest Halifax will challenge North Edgecombe at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.43 runs per game on average), something the Vikings will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Southeast Halifax, they will square off against Weldon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
