Aaron Deleon's Big Game Leads Stratford over Jersey Village
Starting off the list is Stratford's Aaron Deleon, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Deleon threw for 315 yards and three touchdowns while completing 73.7% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.
Deleon must have Jersey Village's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Deleon saw the Falcons), he threw for 409 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80.8% of his passes, and also rushed for 82 yards and two touchdowns.

Cy-Fair had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Richardson it was a similar story. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Richardson saw the Bobcats), he picked up two sacks and made 11 total tackles.

Big Game from Wilburn As Cypress Creek Fell 31-17
While Garland Wilburn delivered a dominant performance on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Cypress Creek. Cypress Ridge had no answer to Wilburn as he rushed for 132 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 49 receiving yards.
Cypress Creek is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6. Wilburn and Cypress Creek will challenge Memorial at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
