Fowler has gone a perfect 10-0 against Fresno Christian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Redcats will be playing at home against the Eagles at 5:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Fowler has 11 straight victories, Fresno Christian has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Fresno Christian's hitters are going to have their work cut out for them on Tuesday: Fowler hadn't allowed a single run the last four times they've hit the field. The Redcats didn't even let Riverdale on the board on Friday, marking the Redcats' second-straight 20-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Redcats, who have now won 13 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
Jaelyn Quintana was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over 4.1 innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one walk in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three RBI.
