The Pacific Grove Breakers entered their tilt with the Saratoga Falcons with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Pacific Grove came out on top against Saratoga by a score of 59-48 on Saturday.
Pacific Grove found their leader in underclassman Andrew Nimri, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and 10 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Anthony Nimri, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds.
The win got Pacific Grove back to even at 3-3. As for Saratoga, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pacific Grove will play host again and welcome Monterey, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Monterey presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Pacific Grove in California (Monterey is ranked 115th, while Pacific Grove is ranked 819th). As for Saratoga, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Westmont at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Westmont is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
