You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out for Lecanto on Wednesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that they blew the River Ridge Royal Knights out of the water with an 88-49 final score. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Lecanto got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was JT Tipton out in front who went 8 for 15 on his way to 23 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Tipton has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more steals the last ten times he's played. Caden Moore was another key player, as he made all 6 shots he took for 16 points in addition to seven boards and four steals.

Tipton wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Lecanto was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as River Ridge only posted ten assists.

Despite the loss, River Ridge had strong showings from Jacob Yeager, who posted 21 points, and Tommy DeLoreto, who had seven points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was John Golden, who put up seven points.

Lecanto's victory was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 30.4 points. As for River Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.

Lecanto has already played their next game, a 72-40 win against Crystal River on the 24th. As for River Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, an 87-49 defeat against Balboa on the 24th.
