The Waldron Mohawks had to endure  a  six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They breezed by Edinburgh on the road  to the tune of  65-33. The  victory was just what Waldron needed coming off of a  61-36 defeat in their prior  matchup.
 Waldron's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Audrey Hogg, who  dropped  a double-double on 13 points and ten  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Emerson Lindsey, who  scored 17 points.
 Edinburgh's loss  on Tuesday came despite strong showings from  Mia Dodson and  Bella Turner.  Dodson  scored four points, while  Turner  scored 11 points.
 Waldron's victory  ended a five-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 7-13. As for Edinburgh, their loss was  their sixth straight at home, which  dropped their record down to 3-20.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waldron will take on Milan at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Hopefully Milan focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 24 on Tuesday. As for Edinburgh, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Decatur at 7:30  p.m.  on Thursday. North Decatur is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 50.8  points per game.
