Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Buffalo Grove). They were the clear victors by a 12-6 margin over the Warren Township Blue Devils on Saturday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bison considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

The team relied heavily on Jordan Dudek, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Rocco Perricone, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Buffalo Grove's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-13-2. As for Warren Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-5.
