Mcroberts Jr. Made His Presence Known in Wright City's 33-28 Defeat
Starting off the list is Wright City's Duan McRoberts Jr., who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. McRoberts Jr. rushed for 253 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry, and also threw for 41 yards and a touchdown. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 86-yard run.
McRoberts Jr. is probably looking forward to his next game, a road matchup against North Callaway on Friday. Galbreath and North Callaway will face off against Wright City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Galbreath will face off against Duan McRoberts Jr., the Wildcats' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.

Big Game from Pontius As South Callaway Won 49-8
Graden Pontius was instrumental in extending South Callaway's winning streak to six on Friday. Pontius did his part (and then some), rushing for 92 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, while also throwing for 116 yards and two touchdowns for the 'W'.
South Callaway's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Pontius and South Callaway will square off against Tipton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Adrian Combs Delivers Best Effort of Season
Montgomery County was led to victory by Adrian Combs, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Combs rushed for 59 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 373 yards and a touchdown. He is becoming a predictor of Montgomery County's success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 2-1 (and 0-5 when he doesn't).
