The matchup was Waggoner's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Brooks Armstrong, who scored 12 points along with 8 steals and 5 assists.
Blackwell's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Abilene Christian, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.
