Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Choctaw Central Warriors walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Trojans on Saturday as they made off with a 5-1 victory. Considering Choctaw Central has won 11 contests by more than three goals this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.
They hit Northeast Lauderdale with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
KAILYNN PERRY (2),
LACY ALEX (2), and
RAIYLEIGH PERRY.
The win (which was Choctaw Central's fifth in a row) raised their record to 14-2-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 53 goals over those five matches. As for Northeast Lauderdale, their loss dropped their record down to 12-9-3.
Choctaw Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Northeast Lauderdale also has no future games currently scheduled.
