Hockett  posted nine points in addition to seven  steals and six  assists, while  Skinner  went 9 of 20  on her way to 22  points. Hockett is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as she's  now  grabbed two or more in the last 13 games she's  played.  Andrea Kibler was another key player,  putting up eight points along with six  rebounds and six  steals.
 Several Blackhawks players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Alayna Ray, who  scored eight  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Amiya Ray, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on nine points and 14  boards.
Woodlawn has  been performing  well recently as they've  won ten of their last 13 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 12-7 record  this season. As for Sandoval, their  defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 11-7.
