The StoneBridge Cavaliers waltzed into their contest on Thursday with two straight wins but they left with three. They strolled past Gateway Christian with points to spare, taking the game 43-29. That result was just more of the same for these two, as StoneBridge also won the last time the pair played back in January.
StoneBridge's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Douglas Marshall, who scored six points along with ten rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Rhys Greer, who scored ten points.
Several Gateway Christian players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jacob Holestin, who scored nine points along with five rebounds and three steals.
