At the plate, Fairview got a big performance out of Jeffery Everetts, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his five plate appearances. Those two runs gave Everetts a new career-high. Eli Cummings also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
Meanwhile, Raceland unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of Blazer by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty 11 runs in the game before, the Rams couldn't push the score so high this time.

Fairview has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season.
