The Sherando Warriors fell victim to the Millbrook Pioneers''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a 19-0 bruising from the Pioneers. Sherando was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Millbrook apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.
Tyson Mallory was the offensive standout of the match as he rushed for 122 yards and three touchdowns.
Sherando's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Millbrook, their victory bumped their record up to 6-2.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Handley the next time they take the field. Millbrook will head out to face Handley at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Sherando will host them at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd.
