The matchup between the IDEA Riverview Rockets and the Harmony School of Innovation Wildcats on Friday hardly resembled the 2-0 effort from their previous meeting. IDEA Riverview's defense stepped up to hand Harmony School of Innovation a 18-0 shutout. It was an even better day for Claudia Millan as she scored six goals for her team.
IDEA Riverview's victory bumped their record up to 3-0-2. As for Harmony School of Innovation, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
IDEA Riverview will head out on the road to take on IDEA Sports Park at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. IDEA Sports Park's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Harmony School of Innovation, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on La Feria at 7:00 p.m. on February 23rd.
