Gray Collegiate Academy put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 12-5 margin over the Midland Valley Mustangs. Fans of the War Eagles have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.
Peyton Hendrix was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off four hits (and not a single walk).
