Turlock came out on top against Downey on Wednesday thanks in part to Dutch Lawrence's efforts. Lawrence was unstoppable, not allowing a single earned run while striking out seven over 6.2 innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
