Jonathan Pearson Crosses Big Stat Threshold
On Friday, Tri-County got the W thanks in part to Jonathan Pearson playing the best football he has all season. Pearson rushed for 198 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.3 yards per carry. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.1 rushing touchdowns per game. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.
Unfortunately for Bowman Academy, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Pearson. When Pearson last faced the Eagles back in October of 2023, he rushed for 171 yards and four touchdowns on only 11 carries.

On Friday, North White got the W thanks in part to Chantz Mccutchen playing the best football he has all season. He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 82 yards.
The win (which was North White's third in a row) raised their record to 4-4. They and West Central are set to duel on Friday.
