Holy Family won the last time they faced Kent Denver and Gracie Ward did her part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers took down the Sun Devils 67-52 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Ward, who shot 62% from beyond the arc en route to 26 points. The matchup was her third in a row with at least 15 points.

Another player making a difference was Pryia Lucas, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and 14 boards. Lucas is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.

Kent Denver lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Emerson Hamman, who posted 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Duncan, who dropped a double-double with 16 points and 11 boards.

Holy Family now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Kent Denver, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Holy Family wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-50 defeat against Timnath on the 13th. As for Kent Denver, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 61-44 win against Cherry Creek on the 10th.
