Basketball Recap: Hanover Central's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

After flying high against Lake Station Edison last Saturday, Hanover Central came back down to earth. The Hanover Central Wildcats lost 85-61 to the Andrean Fighting 59ers on Tuesday. The Wildcats have struggled against the Fighting 59ers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Hanover Central's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-8. As for Andrean, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-5.

Hanover Central will welcome Morgan Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Andrean, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 63-54 victory against Griffith on the 30th.
