The biggest upset of the week belonged to Heppner, who took down 100th ranked Enterprise, 26-14. Aidan Wright ran for 139 yards in the win.
Stanfield extended the longest winning streak in 2A Blue Mountain this week by beating Elgin, 55-2. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Tigers.
The Mustangs' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Stephen Thompson threw for 51 and one touchdown and Jesse Corbin had 41 yards receiving. Earl Propheter helped Heppner's passing attack out by catching two balls for six yards.
Heppner's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Mustangs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Thompson has thrown for 230 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Corbin has nine catches for 150 yards. Wright leads the league in rushing with 576 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Outlaws take on Grant Union. At the moment, Enterprise is in third, while the Prospectors are in second.
Stanfield took down the Huskies 55-2 last week, the largest margin of any game.
