It was a good run, but The Baboquivari Warriors unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell to Mohave Accelerated 28-22.
Eli Pablo and Xavier Mease, Baboquivari certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Pablo gained 186 total yards, while Mease rushed for 158 yards on only 15 carries. Pablo's longest rush was for an incredible 92 yards.
Baboquivari's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Mohave Accelerated, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.
Baboquivari does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Mohave Accelerated will take on Bagdad at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bagdad is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
