Bermudian Springs won the last time they faced Hanover and things went their way  on Wednesday too. The Eagles blew past the Nighthawks 19-2. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven  runs or more this season.
 C Kittinger made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   three  hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances with two  runs and one  stolen base.
 In other batting news,  K Hermansen was a standout: she got on base  in two of her three plate appearances with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and one  RBI. Those  three  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Sydney Kuntz was another key player,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  stolen bases and two  runs.
 Bermudian Springs  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  strikeout total in three consecutive  games.
Bermudian Springs is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Hanover, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record  this season.
