Broaddus came tearing into Friday's matchup with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took their game with ease, bagging a 64-35 win over the Zavalla Eagles. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Broaddus to victory, but perhaps none more so than Trenton Sowell, who posted 11 points along with seven assists and six boards. Another player making a difference was Kingston Sanders, who went 5 for 11 en route to 12 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals.

Broaddus has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Zavalla, they dropped their record down to 6-14 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Broaddus has already played their next game, an 85-62 victory against Apple Springs on the 14th. As for Zavalla, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 51-46 defeat against Martinsville on the 14th.
