 Eastern  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 11  offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least 11  offensive rebounds in three consecutive  matchups.
 Meanwhile, Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They received a  blow  as they fell  53-38 to Providence.
 Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Eastern, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
 Everything came up roses for Eastern against Christian Academy in their previous meeting  back in January of 2017, as the  squad secured  a  69-31 victory. In that  contest, Eastern amassed a halftime lead of  41-16, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Thursday.
