Softball Recap: Portsmouth Wins Going Away Against Bedford

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Concord, Portsmouth was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Bedford Bulldogs. The result was nothing new for the Clippers, who have now won four contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Portsmouth now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Bedford, their loss was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-15.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Portsmouth will face off against rival Bishop Guertin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bedford is set to square off against their familiar foe Timberlane at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
